| Foreigners wishing to enter
the Republic of Korea to attend IUPAC 2015 must possess
a valid passport. Visitors for sightseeing or transit with
confirmed outbound tickets may stay in Korea up to 30 days
without visas, except those from certain countries. Any visitor
from a country that has no diplomatic relations or no special
visa exemption with Korea should obtain an entry visa before
coming to Korea. If you are uncertain as to the requirements
for entry visas to the Republic of Korea, please contact the
Korean Embassy or the consulate nearest to you as soon as
possible.

| Letter
of Invitation |
The secretariat will send an official invitation letter upon request. Such an invitation is intended to help a potential participant raise funds or obtain his/her country's exit visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. If you need an individual invitation, please contact the secretariat, office@iupac2015.org
Your invitation letter request must include the
following details:
1. Participant's Full Name
2. Department of the Organization
3. Name of the Organization (University, Company, etc.)
4. Address of the Organization
5. Telephone Number |

| Letter for Visa Issuance |
The Organizing Committee provides a participant who needs to obtain an entry visa to Korea with a letter for visa issuance. The letter may be presented to the Korean Embassy or Consulate where you apply for visa. Although it may not guarantee the visa issuance, it will certainly facilitate your visa process.
If you require a letter, please send an email request to the secretariat at office@iupac2015.org by June 21st(last call). You must have registered for the Congress with full payment or the General Assembly.
Your letter request must include the following details:
Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport Number, Potential Date of Entry into Korea, Arrival Flight Number, Potential Date of Departure, Departure Flight Number, Occupation, Affiliation, E-mail Address, Mailing Address

1. By mid-June a letter for visa issuance will be mailed to those who have sent the request form before June 1.
2. Early July a letter for visa issuance will be mailed to those who send the request form between June 1 and June 21.
3. After June 21, NO SERVICE
