Guideline

This is the Congress Registration. Anyone planning to attend the General Assembly will be required to register separately. (Click to see General Assembly Registration)

* IUPAC Affiliates	Participants from countries of IUPAC NAO, who choose to join the Congress but not necessarily currently involved in IUPAC committees or projects (Click to see NAO member countries)
* IUPAC Members	Individuals who are titular members (TMs), associate members (AMs), national representatives (NRs) or task group members; anyone who is actually listed on the IUPAC website and actively engaged in IUPAC activities
* IUPAC Delegates	Official NAO delegates attending the General Assembly
* KUCST Members	Registered members of KUCST societies - Korean Chemical Society (Visit website) - Polymer Society of Korea (Visit website) - Korean Society of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry (Visit website) - Korean Ceramic Society (Visit website) - Korean Institute of Chemical Engineers (Visit website) (Discount rates; subsidized by Korean Government) Become a member of one of the KUCST societies and register for IUPAC-2015 at a discounted fee!

* The registration fees include:
- Access to all scientific activities (Guests excluded)
- Symposium bag and materials (Guests excluded)
- Welcome Reception
- Coffee Breaks
- Shuttle Bus (Hotels↔BEXCO)
- Lunch at Closing Ceremony
- Four Lunches (Korean Students excluded)
- Social Program (Half-day Tour; Koreans excluded)

* Welcome Reception: August 9 (Sun), 2015 17:00-18:20

* Gala Dinner: August 13 (Thu), 2015, 19:00-21:00
Price: USD 70 (or KRW 70,000)

* Half-day Tour: August 12 (Wed), 2015, 13:30-18:00
(Free for Non-Koreans, KRW 20,000 for Koreans)

Registration & Payment Process


Registration Acknowledgement
Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your on-line registration.

Payment Status(Check at 'My page')
- After you complete your on-line registration, please visit 'My page‘ to check your payment status.
- Payment Status will be changed from ‘Wait' to ‘Completed' within three weeks upon clearance
  of your payment.

Confirmation of Registration
- Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.


Payment Method

Payment of fees should be paid using one of the following options:

Credit Card
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘InSession‘.

Wire Transfer
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- The sender's name should be the registrant's name.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed (+82-2-521-8683).
- Please ensure the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail (iupac2015@insession.co.kr)or fax (+82-2-521-8683).
- All refund will be made after the congress.
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
- Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.

By June 30 (Tue), 2015	Full refund of the registration fees
After July 1 (Wed), 2015	No refund
