IUPAC-2015 invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for oral sessions and poster sessions where we can share the most up-to-date research works and discuss current issues of mutual interest.

Abstract Submission Process
Abstract Submission Guideline

Submission should be made by the PRESENTING AUTHOR |

All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website ONLY. |
3 |
It is highly recommend to follow the format (title, abstract, reference) when writing abstracts. |

When you submit an abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to the IUPAC-2015 submission formats. It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Please proofread your abstract before completing your submission. |

Abstracts should be typed in English. |
6 |
Abstracts are limited to 520 words in total (20 words for title and 500 for an abstract and reference). An optional figure to support abstracts may be included in the abstract (1 figure only with 100 words of caption) |

If you do not complete the submission process, your information will be held in temporary storage until you return later to complete your submission. Please note that your submission must be completed before submission closes to be considered for the congress. |

A confirmation letter will be automatically sent to the submitter, corresponding author and the presenting author via e-mail upon the online submission. Please make sure that the contact details you register with are correct. |
9 |
The acceptance of abstracts will be notified to the submitter, corresponding author and the presenting author via e-mail (The exact date will be notified at a later time). Also it could be found on ‘My Page’ of the congress website. |
10 |
Upon acceptance of the abstract, presenting authors are expected to register with full payment. |
11 |
Only up to 10 authors including a presenting author will be listed on the abstract book. |
