Guideline Reservation  
Notice for IUPAC-2015 University Dormitory Use

Please acquaint yourself with the guideline to ensure a pleasant stay during the IUPAC World Chemistry Congress.

• Dormitory Reservation is open for IUPAC-2015 registrants only.
• Dormitories will be open for IUPAC World Chemistry Congress period of 9th – 14th August 2015 only (Especially, Kyungsung University will be open from 6th-14th August 2015)
• Please observe the general rules of etiquette (no loud singing, drinking, smoking, gambling, etc.).
• Dormitory users shall be personally liable for any loss or damage incurred by their carelessness to university property and facilities.
• Universities shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of the dormitory users’ belongings.
• Those who are not on the authorized list of dormitory users are not allowed to enter the premises.
• All dormitory users need to abide by the opening hours of each university as stated below:
   - Kyungsung University: None
   - Pukyung National University: 05:00 ~ 01:00
• Cafeterias may not be open as the congress period coincides with the vacation season of the universities.
• No cooking nor food delivery is allowed in the dormitories.

For easy accessibility to and from the venue, the IUPAC-2015 Secretariat highly recommends Kyungsung University Dormitory and Pukyung National University Dormitory.
 
Reservation Flow


Reservation
- Dormitory is available  from August 9 to 14 for IUPAC 2015 registrants.
- Reservation should be made until June 30, 2015. Bookings and changes made after June 30, 2015 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to change depending on room availability.
- Reservation Acknowledgement  will be sent to you via e-mail within a week after your on-line reservation.

Payment Status (Check at 'My page')
- After you complete your on-line reservation, please visit 'My page'.
- Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment is needed' to 'Payment is confirmed' within two weeks upon clearance of your payment.

Confirmation of Reservation
- Confirmation of Reservation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received
 

Payment Method

Payment of fees should be paid using one of the following options:


Wire Transfer
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- The sender's name should be the registrant's name.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed (fax +82-2-521-8683) to the Congress Secretariat.
- Please ensure the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.

- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be `InSession`.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail (iupac2015@insession.co.kr)or fax (+82-2-521-8683).
- All refunds will be made after the congress.
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
- Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
