• All space only exhibitors must send the space only booth drawing including metric measurements via e-mail to the official stand contractor. Fax submissions will not be accepted.

Deadlines • Please submit the application form to the IUPAC-2015 secretariat.
• Application deadline: May 31 (Sun), 2015
• Payment deadline: May 31 (Sun), 2015
Booth Assignment • Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis to applicants that have completed their payment in the order of the scale of the booth(s).
Payment Procedure • Please apply through the IUPAC-2015 website and transfer by no later than May 31 (Sun), 2015.
• Only wire transfer is available, and all bank remittance charges are to be paid by the applicants.
Cancellation Policy • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (iupac2015@insession.co.kr) or fax (+82-2-521-8683).
• Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
- Cancellation by May 31 (Sun), 2015: 100% refund
- Cancellation after May 31 (Sun), 2015: No refund
• All bank services charges will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
• The Organizer has the right to cancel the participation of an Exhibitor who does not make the payment within the due date, in which case payment(s) received up to the cancellation will not be refunded.
 
• Final acceptance will be informed individually after the IUPAC-2015 Organizing Committee has reviewed all the applicants that have completed the application process and payment.
• If the application fee is not be transferred by May 31(Sun), 2015, the application will be canceled automatically.
• The contract will take effect upon the completion of the exhibition application fee transfer.
• Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis to applicants that have completed their payments in the order of the scale of the booth(s).
• Only wire transfer is available, and all bank remittance charges are to be paid by the applicants.
